Inter maintained its good momentum at home and defeated New York Red Bulls 6-2 in a great game, with a hat-trick by Uruguayan striker Luis Suárez and a new record for Messi.

Why Bet on CF Montréal?

What looked like a promising start to the season for CF Montréal has slowly turned into a new dose of mediocrity for the Canadians, who are in the lower positions of the Eastern Conference.

In the last game, they lost 4-1 to Nashville. Sam Surridge (3) and Walker Zimmerman scored for the winning side, while the Canadians’ goal was an own goal. As a result, this team dropped to 11th place with 12 points, winning only one of its last five matches. In that period, they lost twice, tied twice, and could only beat Cincinnati 2-1.

The defense is the big drawback for this team, which has allowed a total of 20 goals. In other words, it has an average of two conversions per game. On the other hand, it has only 13 goals scored.

But one thing this team does have going for it is that it has fared well against Inter Miami. They have only lost one of their last five MLS games and have won the two most recent matches they played.

There are many injured players in this franchise, but Matías Coccaro, Josef Martínez, and Joaquín Sosa stand out.

Why Bet on Inter Miami?

Inter Miami couldn’t make a splash in the Concacaf Champions Cup, a tournament in which it lost in the quarterfinals to Monterrey. But in MLS, they have not disappointed, watching the other teams from the top.

With three goals from Luis Suárez, two more from Matías Rojas, and one from Lionel Messi, the Florida team defeated the NY Red Bulls, a direct rival for the leadership of the East, 6-2.

The team coached by Gerardo “El Tata” Martino leads the league with 24 points, three more than Cincinnati, their rival in the East. The campaign is good by any standards, despite accumulating two defeats (both without Messi). In total, they have seven wins and 32 goals scored, being the best offense in the league.

In addition, they have the two best scorers in the championship: Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez, with ten goals each. To put this figure into perspective, between the Argentine and the Uruguayan, they have seven more goals than the whole of Montreal.

Another aspect to consider is that Messi, the best player in the league currently, has also contributed 13 assists, five of which were in the last duel, achieving a record of being the first player to have that many in a game.

Jordi Alba could return for this game, but Facundo Farias, Robbie Robinson, Diego Gomez, and Federico Redondo are still out.

Final Betting Analysis: CF Montréal vs. Inter Miami

The last time these clubs met, the Canadians won 3-2, with goals from Fernando Álvarez, Matías Coccaro, and Ibrahim Sanusi.

The numbers at Gambyl Exchange have Inter Miami as the favorite. Their Moneyline shows 2.14, CF Montréal has 3.11, and the draw is at 3.8.

Montréal had started the MLS season with high expectations but is currently experiencing an irregular moment in the campaign. In consequence, at home, they will lose 1-3, and the three points will go to Messi and Suarez’s Inter Miami.

Go for a win for Inter Miami. If you bet $100 at 2.14, you will gain $114 for a total payout of $214.
