The emotions of the World Surf League <\/a>Qualifying Series<\/strong> return to the Azores<\/strong>. This place, since 2009, has been one of the iconic stops on the European tour<\/strong>.

The Azores Airlines Pro 2021<\/strong> will be held from November 1 to 6, 2021, in the Azores<\/strong>. This is one of the nine Portuguese islands that lie in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean.

The\u00a0Qualifying Series of Europe<\/strong>\u00a0in the 2021-22 season was announced to start in August and to end in April 2022. The first tournament was, in theory, the\u00a0Rip Curl Pro Anglet<\/strong>. However, the event could not take place as expected; so this\u00a0Azores Airlines Pro<\/strong>\u00a0is expected to be the main event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As we all know, the Qualifying Series<\/strong> is the annual tournament where all surfers fight in their respective regions to compete for a place in the Challenger Series<\/strong>. Then, seek an opportunity to participate in the highest category of world surfing<\/a>, the Championship Tour<\/strong>.

With the quotas already completed, we will have a total of 112 men and 56 women, from experience to young, in the fight to obtain the most points that will help them to be at the top of the leaderboard from the beginning of the season. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
