Thomas Aspinall<\/strong>\u00a0is a British mixed martial artist born on April 11th, 1993. He currently competes in the Heavyweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC<\/a>).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As of February 14, 2022, he is #11 in the UFC heavyweight rankings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aspinall vs. Collier<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Aspinall<\/strong>, originally, had to make his promotional debut against Raphael Pessoa<\/strong> at UFC Fight Night: Woodley vs. Edwards<\/strong> on March 21, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, Pessoa <\/strong>withdrew from the bout citing an injury, with Jake Collier taking his place. But this event was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Subsequently, the pairing was intact to fight on July 25, 2020, at UFC on ESPN 14<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He won the fight via technical knockout in round one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This win earned him the Performance of the Night award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aspinall vs. Baudot<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Aspinall’s second UFC <\/strong>appearance had to be against Sergey Spivak<\/strong> at UFC Fight Night: Moraes vs. Sandhagen<\/strong> on October 11, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, Spivak <\/strong>withdrew from the bout for undisclosed reasons. Promotional newcomer Alan Baudot<\/strong> took his place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aspinall <\/strong>won the fight via first-round technical knockout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aspinall vs. Arlovski<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Aspinall <\/strong>next faced Andrei Arlovski<\/strong> at UFC Fight Night: Blaydes vs. Lewis<\/strong> on February 20, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He won the fight via submission in round two.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This win earned him the Performance of the Night award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aspinall vs. Spivak<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Aspinall <\/strong>had to face Sergei Pavlovich<\/strong> on September 4, 2021, at UFC Fight Night 191<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, Pavlovich <\/strong>was removed from the card in late August due to alleged visa issues that restricted his ability to travel and was replaced by Sergey Spivak<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aspinall <\/strong>won the fight via technical knockout in round one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
