Gary “The Diva” Cully<\/strong> picked up the biggest win of his pro career when he dropped and stopped former world champion Miguel Vazquez<\/strong> in the fifth round.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cully <\/strong>dropped Vazquez <\/strong>in the third round and then finished him off with a combination in the fifth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It marked one of the few times that the 35-year-old Vazquez <\/strong>has been stopped in his career. Meanwhile, Cully <\/strong>was comfortable in the distance, and the Kildare man was in complete control throughout the lightweight bout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The victory took Cully’s record to 14-0 and he was delighted that his hard work paid off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
