Utah <\/strong>started the game better. In the first quarter, Donovan Mitchell’s 11 points led the Jazz <\/strong>to an early 7-point lead. The defense of Golden State <\/strong>returned to show some defects present in the last weeks of competition. Everything pointed to the fact that the team from the bay was on the way to adding its fifth consecutive loss, but it was not like that.

In the second quarter, things only got worse for the Golden State Warriors<\/strong>. Defensive blunders and a bogged down attack, with a 16-0 run built a 21-point lead for the Jazz<\/strong>. Only a good end of the quarter by Jordan Poole<\/strong> prevented the game from being almost decided at half-time. Going into the locker room, the Warriors<\/strong> still trailed 58-45.

After the break, Klay Thompson <\/strong>began to show what he was capable of doing and began to take the offensive reins of his team. Thompson<\/strong> has not yet recovered his best version but, progressively, we can see how he becomes a decisive player again. Klay<\/strong> himself, along with some big shots from Payton and Wiggins<\/strong>, managed to cut the lead to just 6 points before reaching the deciding quarter.

At the beginning of the fourth quarter, the Utah Jazz <\/strong>were 16 points ahead of the Warriors <\/strong>(83-99). From that moment, the Jazz<\/strong> was out from the game and completely dry, they only scored 8 more points with a break of 6:32 until they got a basket in play again.

In just over 9 minutes, the Warriors<\/a> <\/strong>woke up at the hands of their key players and rocked the game and their fans. It was a 25-4 run to go from 83-99 to 105-103 with Klay Thompson <\/strong>as the Jazz’s executioner. The shooting guard made 11 of his 36 points in that period with 3 triples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
