pair of exciting match days to send the year out with a bang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Boston Celtics remain at the top of the chain with the keep the top with the Brooklyn Nets and Denver Nuggets chasing close behind.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Right behind them are 4 teams tied and fighting to get past each other, which include the Bucks, the Cavaliers, the Grizzlies, and the Pelicans, who are all looking to get higher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For their part, the current champions, Golden State Warriors, are picking up the pace, scoring a perfect week and extending their streak to 4 games in a row.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>NBA Weekly Roundup 11 \u2013&nbsp;<\/strong>Memphis Grizzlies vs. Phoenix as they managed to get past the Grizzlies (20-13) with surprising ease.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This game started tight and the Suns led by just one point after the first quarter, 23-22, but they pulled away for good in the second quarter following a massive 42-27 score.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Phoenix didn&#8217;t step its foot off the gas and won the third quarter by a 32-31 score, and the game was over with 12 minutes left.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The fourth quarter ended with a 28-28 tie, but the Suns didn&#8217;t have problems closing the game out.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eight Phoenix players scored in double digits in this game, but the best player came off the bench&nbsp;<strong>since Duane Washington ended with 26 points, eight assists, and four rebounds.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ja Morant shined for the Grizzlies with 34 points, six assists, and three rebounds, while Desmond Bane posted 14 points and two boards.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No other Memphis player scored in double digits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Phoenix Suns defeated the Memphis Grizzlies, 125-108, at out stronger in the third and managed to trim two points off the difference but still trailed by nine, heading into the final quarter.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The visitors kept chipping away through the fourth, but the Wizards stayed a step ahead to close out their second straight win.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>This marks the end of an eight-game win streak for the Sixers.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kristaps Porzingis led the Wizards with 24 points, 10 rebounds, three blocks, and two steals, in 35 minutes.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Meanwhile, Joel Embiid led the 76ers with 48 points, nine rebounds, three steals, and three blocks, in 36 minutes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Washington Wizards defeated the visiting Philadelphia 76ers, 116-111, at Capital One Arena on Tuesday evening.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h2 knocking down a game-winning free throw with 0.7 seconds remaining.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Kings had 10 steals to the Nuggets&#8217; six, winning the turnover battle, 16-12.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They also outscored Denver in fastbreak scoring, 21-9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Nuggets (22-12) were led by Nikola Jokic, collecting 40 points, seven rebounds, and six assists.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Kings (18-15) had just two starters reach double figures in scoring,&nbsp;<strong>with Domantas Sabonis leading the way with 31 points, 10 rebounds, and five assists.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Sacramento Kings defeated the visiting Denver Nuggets. 127-126, at Golden 1 Center on three-point edge heading into the final quarter.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both sides kept up the fight down the stretch and Ayo Dosunmu came up with a clutch dunk in the final seconds to force overtime.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Bucks scored the first two baskets in extra time, but the Bulls closed on a, 13-3, run to seal the impressive road win.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>This marks the fourth straight loss for the Bucks.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DeMar DeRozan led the Bulls with 42 points, 10 rebounds, five assists, two steals, and two blocks, in 44 minutes.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the other side,&nbsp;<strong>Giannis Antetokounmpo led the Bucks with 45 points, 22 rebounds, seven assists, and a steal, in 42
