This time, besting his top rival, Tadej Poga\u010dar, by 7 minutes, 29 seconds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We&#8217;ll be going Stage By Stage from the first to the 21st to give you the best details:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tour de France 2023:&nbsp;<\/strong>Stage 1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Stage Winner<\/strong>: Adam Yates (UAE Team Emirates)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Adam Yates (UAE Team Emirates) claimed Stage 1 of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gambyl.com\/en\/cycling\/\">the 2023 Tour de France,<\/a> winning an unusually difficult opening stage and claiming the race\u2019s first yellow jersey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He outlasted his twin brother, Simon Yates (Jayco\u2013AlUla), as the two riders broke free after the final climb of the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tour de France 2023:&nbsp;<\/strong>Stage 2<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Stage Winner<\/strong>: Victor Lafay (Cofidis)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Victor Lafay won Stage 2 of the 2023 Tour de France. The Cofidis rider broke free of the lead group of riders that included many of the race favorites with 1K to go in the Tour\u2019s longest stage (208.9K). It was a surprise victory for Lafay, who managed to hold off a hard-charging Wout Van Aert (Jumbo-Visma) and Tadej Poga\u010dar in the waning meters to capture his first-career stage win.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tour de France 2023:&nbsp;<\/strong>Stage 3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Stage Winner<\/strong>: Jasper Philipsen (Alpecin-Deceuninck)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jasper Philipsen won Stage 3 of the Tour de France, capturing a sprint victory over Phil Bauhaus (Bahrain Victorious) and Caleb Ewan (Lotto-Dstny). Philipsen received a terrific lead out from his Alpecin-Deceuninck teammate Mathieu van der Poel and was delivered to the finish in a great position to use his power to take the stage win.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was a bit of a controversial finish. The race organizers took a little while after the finish before declaring Philipsen as the stage winner officially.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tour de France 2023:&nbsp;<\/strong>Stage 4<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Stage Winner<\/strong>: Jasper Philipsen (Alpecin-Deceuninck)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jasper Philipsen claimed his second stage win of the 2023 Tour de France, sprinting to the Stage 4 victory on Tuesday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was a crash-marred last 5K after a very slow day in the peloton. Philipsen\u2019s Alpecin-Deceuninck team once again delivered a great lead-out. He had the legs at the end to hold off a hard-charging Caleb Ewan (Lotto-Dstny).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Phil Bauhaus (Bahrain Victorious) was third across the line to make for the same three men on the podium as Stage 3 (just flip Ewan and Bauhaus).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tour de France 2023:&nbsp;<\/strong>Stage 5<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Stage Winner<\/strong>: Jai Hindley (Bora\u2013Hansgrohe)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jai Hindley won Stage 5 of the 2023 Tour de France, claiming the yellow leader\u2019s jersey along with it. It was an eventful first day in the Pyrenees as the top climbers in the world shined and shook up the GC in a big way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Giulio Ciccone (Lidl\u2013Trek) was second on the stage and Felix Gall (AG2R Citro\u00ebn) came across third on the day. Emanuel Buchmann (Bora\u2013Hansgrohe) was fourth and Jonas Vingegaard was fifth on the stage. Ciccone, Gall, and Buchmann were all 32 seconds behind Hindley and Vingegaard was 34 seconds behind the stage winner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tour de France 2023:&nbsp;<\/strong>Stage 6<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Stage Winner<\/strong>: Tadej Poga\u010dar (UAE Team Emirates)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tadej Poga\u010dar won Stage 6 of the 2023 Tour de France, and Jonas Vingegaard (Jumbo-Visma) took the yellow leader&#8217;s jersey during a busy day in the Pyrenees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While Vingegaard took over the GC lead, Poga\u010dar made the biggest statement of the day, passing and gapping Vingegaard on the final climb of the day. That\u2019s thanks to a brilliant Stage 12 ride by Ion Izagirre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With 30K to go on the final climb of the day, Izagirre broke free of the breakaway that included the likes of Mathieu van der Poel, riding to the day\u2019s stage win. For him, it\u2019s his second career stage win.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tour de France 2023:&nbsp;<\/strong>Stage 13<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Stage Winner:&nbsp;<\/strong>Michal Kwiatkowski (INEOS Grenadiers)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Poland\u2019s Michal Kwiatkowski won Stage 13 of the 2023 Tour de France. The 33-year-old won the stage atop the \u201cBeyond Category\u201d Grand Colombier after spending all day in the breakaway and then attacking what was left of it on the lower slopes of the final climb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was clear throughout most of the 137.8km ride from Ch\u00e2tillon-Sur-Chalaronne to the summit of the Grand Colombier that UAE Team Emirates wanted to set up Slovenia\u2019s Tadej Poga\u010dar for the win.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But Kwiatokoski, a super-domestique with an impressive resume of his own, proved too strong to catch, holding off Belgium\u2019s Maxim Van Gils (Lotto-Soudal) and then Poga\u010dar to take the second Tour de France stage victory of his career.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tour de France 2023:&nbsp;<\/strong>Stage 14<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Stage Winner<\/strong>: Carlos Rodriguez (INEOS Grenadiers)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Spain\u2019s Carlos Rodriguez won Stage 14 of the 2023 Tour de France during a wild day in the GC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rodriguez was dropped on the final climb up the Joux Plane. More importantly, he made the most significant time gains of the Tour so far.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tour de France 2023:&nbsp;<\/strong>Stage 17<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Stage Winner:<\/strong>&nbsp;Felix Gall (AG2R Citro\u00ebn)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Felix Gall won Stage 17 of the Tour de France. It was a stage that ended up being the craziest of the 2023 Tour so far.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gall made his move from the breakaway and rode away from a talented group of riders to claim the first grand tour stage win of his career.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, there were plenty of fireworks behind Gall. Tadej Poga\u010dar (UAE Team Emirates) cracked on the stage losing well over five minutes to Jonas Vingegaard in the yellow jersey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vingeagaard placed fourth on the stage and gained a significant amount of time that would likely carry him to Paris in the maillot jaune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tour de France 2023:&nbsp;<\/strong>Stage 18<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Stage Winner<\/strong>: Kasper Asgreen (Soudal Quick-Step)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kasper Asgreen won Stage 18 of the Tour de France dramatically. He got in the original breakaway of the day at kilometer zero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On a stage that seemed destined for a sprint finish out of the peloton, Asgreen, and the others in the break managed to fend off the hungry peloton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asgreen outsprinted Pascal Eenkhoorn (Lotto-Dstny) and Jonas Abrahamsen (Uno-X Pro Cycling Team) for the win at line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tour de France 2023:&nbsp;<\/strong>Stage 19<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Stage Winner<\/strong>: Matej Mohori\u010d (Bahrain Victorious)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>It doesn\u2019t get any closer than that! Matej Mohori\u010d (Bahrain Victorious) took a sprint finish to win Stage 19 of the 2023 Tour de France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mohori\u010d got in a breakaway that included many of the top sprinters and classics riders. That breakaway included the likes of Jasper Philipsen and Mads Pedersen. So, he knew he had to make a move early and that\u2019s exactly what he did, breaking free, along with Stage 18 winner Kasper Asgreen and Ben O\u2019Connor, of that breakaway with 30K to go in the stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Down the final stretch, O\u2019Connor, knowing his speed couldn\u2019t match that of Mohori\u010d or Asgreen, made his move, but that was quickly answered by the pair and it was a drag race between Mohori\u010d and Asgreen, who gapped O\u2019Connor and made their dash for the line. It was a photo finish, but Mohori\u010d narrowly edged out Asgreen for the stage win.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tour de France 2023:&nbsp;<\/strong>Stage 20<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Stage Winner<\/strong>: Tadej Poga\u010dar (UAE Team Emirates)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tadej Poga\u010dar (UAE Team Emirates) won Stage 20 of the 2023 Tour de France. Poga\u010dar was able to outsprint Jonas Vingegaard and a few other strong riders on the flat drag at the top of the Col du Platzerwasel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The win was Poga\u010dar\u2019s second stage win of this Tour and his 11th career Tour stage win. Vingegaard was third to Poga\u010dar (Stage 17 winner Felix Gall was second), losing just a few bonus seconds. All while maintaining his lead in the yellow jersey competition heading into the mostly ceremonial final Stage 21.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tour de France 2023:&nbsp;<\/strong>Stage 21<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Stage Winner<\/strong>: Jordi Meeus (Bora-Hansgrohe)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jordi Meeus (Bora-Hansgrohe) was a surprise winner of Stage 21 of the 2023 Tour de France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meeus won a sprint finish on the Champs-\u00c9lys\u00e9es over the Tour\u2019s top sprinters, Jasper Philipsen, Dylan Groenewegen, and Mads Pedersen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jonas Vingegaard (Jumbo-Visma) enjoyed some champagne on the ride. Finally, he was officially crowned winner of the Tour de France for a second year. He won by 7 minutes, 29 seconds over second place Tadej Poga\u010dar (UAE Team Emirates).
