The Premier League season<\/a> has begun, and as soon as it kicked off, it seemed like normalcy came back into the lives of soccer fans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Things are pretty interesting right off the bat, as the teams are looking to dethrone Manchester City, who themselves took the lead on a crazy run to the front halfway through the last season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After looking at how things turned out last time, and considering everything now that the season begins, we are pretty sure that anything could happen, and that makes it even better for all soccer fans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Arsenal is looking to get things right this season, as they not only start on the right foot but are going to try not to empty the gas tank before things are decided, as it cost them the championship last time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The reigning champions are also coming in strong, not giving any other team the chance to get ahead of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Manchester United also managed to get 3 points to enter the fight from the get-go.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the off, the champions showed that they haven\u2019t missed a step as Kevin De Bruyne broke into space on the right wing, whipped in a cross, and found Rodri in the box.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He nodded the ball down to Erling Haaland to tap it home for the opening goal. There were four minutes on the clock at the time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite a spirited response from Burnley, Haaland outdid himself later in the first half after receiving the ball from Julian Alvarez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He took a blind shot at goal and smoked home a blistering finish that ricocheted off the underside of the crossbar to send the visitors into the break two goals up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rodri then added to Burnley\u2019s woes with a well-taken third goal in the second half, before a bad night for Vincent Kompany\u2019s men was capped off with a late red card to Anass Zaroury.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eddie Nketiah and a Bukayo Saka screamer saw the Gunners race into a 2-0 lead but the visitors pulled one back through substitute Taiwo Awoniyi to set up a nervy finish. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Forest should have sneaked in front on 11 minutes when Brennan Johnson somehow failed to hit the target after being sent clean through on Aaron Ramsdale and it proved to be a significant miss as the hosts took the lead on 26 minutes when Eddie Nketiah finished off some mesmerizing work from Gabriel Martinelli on the left.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mikel Arteta\u2019s side then doubled their advantage just past the half-hour as Bukayo Saka cut in from the right and sizzled a sensational 25-yard shot into the far corner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was a strike that gave former team-mate and Forest debutant Matt Turner no chance in the visiting goal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Arsenal continued to dictate following the restart but suffered a blow when Timber was forced off with what looked like a knee injury he had sustained just before the break.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another recruit, Declan Rice, came close to putting the result beyond doubt when he twice forced Turner into action before the away side pulled a goal back eight minutes from time through substitute Taiwo Awoniyi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It set up a barnstorming, end-to-end finale but Forest could not snatch a late leveler and The Gunners held on to prevail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chelsea and Liverpool played out a 1-1 draw at Stamford Bridge as the momentum swung between the two sides in an electrifying first half.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Liverpool started as the stronger side and completed a wonderful team move from their box to play Mo Salah into space on the right wing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He curled a fine pass to the back post where Luis Diaz arrived to poke in the opening goal. Salah himself then had a second goal chalked off for the slightest of offsides before Chelsea started to respond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A recycled cross from a corner allowed debutant Axel Disasi to scoop the ball past Alisson for the equalizer and Ben Chilwell believed he had the Blues in front with a fine finish just minutes later only for his efforts to also get ruled out for an offside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second half saw Chelsea dominate the ball and create a couple more chances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nicolas Jackson looks to be a solid center-forward but needs to work on his finishing as a couple of opportunities went begging. In the end, the teams couldn\u2019t be separated and the match ended all square.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
