The New Orleans Saints are currently placed at the 3rd spot of the NFC South,\u00a0coming in with 3 wins and 3 losses in a split season run so far,\u00a0<\/strong>but they are always eager to come up and fix their season as they look for another victory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why Bet on the Jaguars?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Jacksonville (4-2) enters with a three-game winning streak after rolling to a 37-20 home triumph over Indianapolis. Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence may sit with a knee injury.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jacksonville has yet to lose away from home this season as it opened 2023 with a victory at Indianapolis, and posted a pair of wins in London. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Travis Etienne Jr. scored twice against the Colts in Week 6 to give him five rushing touchdowns this season, which matches the total from his first NFL campaign in 2022. The 24-year-old running back is the first Jaguar with multiple TDs from scrimmage in consecutive games since Maurice Jones-Drew in 2009. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why Bet on the Saints?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

New Orleans (3-3) began the year with back-to-back victories but has lost three of its last four contests, including a 20-13 setback at Houston last Sunday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Derek Carr is coming off his most productive passing performance since Week 12 of the 2021 campaign with Las Vegas, as he threw for 353 yards and a touchdown against the Texans.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After making only three catches for 16 yards in his previous two contests, wide receiver Chris Olave fell just shy of his third 100-yard effort of the year in Week 6 as he hauled in seven passes for 96 yards. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jaguars vs. Saints Final Betting Analysis:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Whether it\u2019s Lawrence or backup C.J. Beathard at the Superdome, the Jags have to keep up the scoring pace against Dennis Allen\u2019s defense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With Carr at quarterback, New Orleans has been a below-average offense, ranking bottom 10 in points per game (18.2). In Sunday\u2019s 20\u201313 loss to the Texans, the Saints only scored one offensive touchdown despite finishing with over 400 yards of offense. Only a handful of teams have been worse at finishing off drives in the red zone.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Luckily for New Orleans, Jacksonville is no world-beater on defense.\u00a0The Jaguars surrender the second-fewest rushing yards per game (75.3) yet they allow the second-most passing yards (270.3).\u00a0<\/strong>This might mean Chris Olave is in for a big outing. Meanwhile, Alvin Kamara could be contained by the Jaguars\u2019 front seven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lawrence has never missed a game in his NFL career.<\/a> So there\u2019s no precedent for what the Jaguars offense will look like without him. But even if he suits out, a hobbled Lawrence isn\u2019t likely to light up the Saints’ defense, especially given Jacksonville\u2019s offensive line woes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
