With less than 20 games played between these two in history, Kansas leads the record by 8-7, with their last game being a victory for them in 2022.<\/strong><br><br>The last win for San Francisco in this matchup came in 2014, long before the current projects from both teams were close to being born.<br><br><em>The numbers at Gambyl Exchange have the 49ers as the favorite.
