6th. Chelsea, 60 pts

7th. Newcastle, 57 pts

8th. Manchester United, 57 pts

With the Red Devils playing the FA Cup final in a few days, we are yet to know how many Europa League spots will be awarded by the league.

Now, the Spurs are the most comfortable team out of them all, as they\u00a0not only\u00a0have the points advantage\u00a0but\u00a0close the season\u00a0against one of the worst teams in Premier League history:\u00a0Sheffield United.

Why Bet on Sheffield United?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The team hosting Tottenham is nothing more than a disaster.\u00a0They have had an awful run of three wins, seven draws, and 27 losses this season. To put the cherry on top of the cake, their 101 goals against make them the worst defense in the history of the English first division.<\/strong>

There is not much to be said about Sheffield United, as they have had all the worst records during the campaign. There have been\u00a0quite a lot of\u00a0awful sides in Europe’s top leagues this season, suchas Almeria, Salernitana, and Darmstadt. However, neither was close to being so bad in defense as the blades.

Their best shot is to close behind and go for a draw against a poor version of Tottenham. However, the Spurs have blood in their eyes due to their horrible form in the last\u00a0couple of\u00a0months, so it’s easier said than done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why Bet on Tottenham?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The three points would assure the Spurs of a Europa League spot and keep Chelsea away.\u00a0Also, a points tally of 66 in Ange Postecoglu’s first season would be positive, although it doesn’t tell the whole story.<\/strong>

Tottenham has five losses in its last six games. They lost against all the strong teams they have faced since their\u00a0good\u00a00-4 victory over Villa on\u00a0May 10th. And to add salt to the injury, they received so many goals in the process that their once remarkable GD got turned into pieces.\u00a0<\/strong>

It’s an overstatement\u00a0to say\u00a0that they failed to build on their victory over the Villians. Even if it’s true that the schedule was awful with them, making the “judges” for the title (they lost against City, Arsenal, and Liverpool), the team took positive results against the Big Six at the beginning of the season, and injuries are not an excuse anymore.\u00a0

There’s no good argument for them, and this kind of form could have put any manager on the ropes if it occurred in the middle of the season.<\/a> The Australian manager has to rethink many things, especially after he had a clash with the institution (the fans in this case) after losing against the Citizens. Painful memories from similar scenarios with Conte and Mou come alive again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
