Why Bet on Peru?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Things are looking pretty good for Peru, as they will begin their Copa America campaign in solid form. They are on a five-match unbeaten run across all competitions. <\/strong>

Near the end of 2023, the Peruvian Football Federation brought in an experienced coach,\u00a0Jorge Fossati, who has recently transformed the fortunes of this team. The Peruvians were on a seven-match winless streak in all competitions, with six encounters ending in defeat.<\/strong>

Ricardo Gareca\u00a0guided Peru to an appearance at the 2018 World Cup, their first since 1982, and he has won two of his three matches as coach of La Roja, with their only defeat being in a friendly versus 2022 World Cup runners-up France (3-2).<\/strong>

Under his guidance, this team has scored eight goals in three matches across all competitions, as many as they managed in their previous eight encounters combined. La Roja has only lost one match since 2020 when scoring the opening goal, which was theaforementioned defeat versus France earlier this year.<\/strong>

While they have not qualified for a World Cup since 2014, the Chileans will have fond memories of the previous Copa America<\/a> held in the US, when they lifted the trophy for a second successive occasion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Final Betting Analysis: Peru vs. Chile<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Since 2003, they have played 21 times. In that time, la Roja achieved a massive advantage with 15 wins, compared to 5 for Peru. There has been only one draw, in a friendly in 2004, 20 years ago.<\/strong>

Gareca developed many players still featuring for Peru, and he would know best how to break down their defensive structure.

We believe Chile has faced stiffer competition throughout the year compared to the Peruvians. That will be a great benefit to them heading into this encounter. With the advantage of the knowledge at the hands of Ricardo Gareca, Chile will be able to get a clear victory in this match, which should keep them in the fight for the top two for now.
