VCT Champions 2024 \u2013 Details<\/h2><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The VALORANT Champions 2024 will be played from August 1 to 25, 2024 in Seoul, South Korea, where we will have four teams from the main VCT regions, fighting for the coveted world champions trophy and, in addition, the juicy prize of $1,000,000.

It is worth mentioning that the champions of the previous edition, Evil Geniuses, failed to qualify for the 2024 event. However, the stage in Seoul is set to host an exceptional tournament, where we will have a new world champion.

It is no secret that teams like Fnatic, DRX, and Sentinels are the main candidates in this VALORANT Champions 2024. However, we have other teams, like Team Vitality and Trace Esports, who have shown great consistency throughout the season and hope to take a step forward in this prestigious event.

VCT Champions 2024 – Format and Groups<\/h2><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We start with the format of the VCT Champions 2024, which begins with a Group Stage, where the 16 teams are divided into four groups of four teams each. At this stage, we will have a Double Elimination format, with all matches best of three (BO3). The two best teams of each group advance to the playoffs.

In the next stage, we will have another Double Elimination group, where all matches, except for the Lower Bracket Final and the Grand Final (BO5), will be played in BO3.
