We have reached the 27th and final week of the MLB season, and the situation in the National League is quite intriguing, as two teams have already clinched their respective divisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the American League, however, the competition is much more intense, with no team having secured its division yet. This means that everything hinges on the outcomes of the remaining games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s worth noting that, despite the divisions being contested, the Blue Jays seem to have a solid grip on the Wild Card in the American League East (ALE). In the National League, the Cubs and Dodgers from the National League Central (NLC) and National League West (NLW), respectively, are currently in the Wild Card positions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Padres are currently in a difficult situation, as they have a narrow margin to catch up to the Dodgers. They need to perform perfectly in the upcoming games. However, they will be facing the Brewers, who are likely to finish the season with the best record in the league, making their task even more challenging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This will definitely be the most interesting series of the week, as both the Tigers and Guardians are in the lead in the ALC, being only a victory apart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Guardians are bound to make the most out of the whole series, as they are on a nine wins and one loss run, carrying all the momentum, and this could be the best ending to their run, as the Tigers are on an opposite one win and nine losses run in their last 10, which sets both teams on opposite momentums for an aggresive takeover.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is the Guardians’ chance to take the division, and we are confident they will make the most out of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There isn’t much to say about this game. We believe the Mariners got lucky in their last series, as they currently lead the AL West with a comfortable margin. Now, all they need to do is seal the deal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The reality is, we don’t see any other outcome than a clean sweep in this final matchup, especially since they are facing the Colorado Rockies, who have had the worst record this season. Therefore, it should be a relatively straightforward series for the Mariners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Diamondbacks are currently trailing in the standings and may struggle as they face the top team in the National League West (NLW). While it seems unlikely that they can contend for the top of the conference at this stage, they could make things difficult for the Dodgers, potentially giving the Padres an opportunity to move into the division lead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the other hand, the Dodgers have bounced back from what appeared to be a rough patch. They have won six out of their last 10 games and are currently three games ahead of the Padres as this latest series begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We expect the Dodgers to come out strong in the first few matches to secure their position, then play a bit more conservatively in the latter part of the series.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
