This week, the finalists of the CONCACAF Champions Cup will be determined, setting up a clash between an MLS team and a Liga MX team for the title of the best in the conference.

On the MLS side, Inter Miami was stunned by the Vancouver Whitecaps and will now look to turn things around at home.

For the Mexican clubs, Cruz Azul earned a draw away against Tigres and now hopes to finish the job in front of their home crowd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inter Miami is motivated to reach the final of the CONCACAF Champions Cup.<\/a> In the first leg, in the cold Canadian weather, they lost 2-0, so now, with the warmth of their fans, they will try to mount a comeback.

Vancouver have pulled off surprises in this tournament by eliminating Monterrey and Pumas, two favorites, both times benefiting from the away goal rule.

In the Mexican series, Cruz Azul took the upper hand by drawing 1-1 with Tigres in the first leg, earning a crucial away goal.

The ‘M\u00e1quina’ secured a spot in the quarterfinals of the Mexican league, allowing them to rest this past weekend while the Play-In was being played.

They are now unbeaten in 15 matches under Vicente S\u00e1nchez, although they have drawn three of their last four games. <\/strong>They have a strong squad, but more is expected from European players Mateusz Bogusz and Giorgos Giakoumakis.

As for Tigres, they also rested this weekend after qualifying directly for the league’s quarterfinals. They are unbeaten in their last seven matches, although their previous home game ended a good winning streak. <\/strong>

Due to the away goal rule, Tigres will need to score at least once, as a 0-0 draw would see them eliminated.
