Devin Miles Haney <\/strong>is a 22-year-old American professional boxer who currently holds the WBC <\/strong>title in the lightweight <\/strong>category. Haney<\/strong> made his boxing debut at the age of 16 when he competed in his first four fights in Mexico. Due to age regulations in the United States, he could not compete as a professional, however, at the regional level<\/strong> he won lightweight titles <\/strong>such as WBC Youth, IBF-USBA, IBF North American, WBC International, WBO Inter-Continental, and WBA International. Haney\u2019s last fight was on November 7, 2020 when he won by unanimous decision against Yuriorkis Gamboa<\/strong>. This was his 25th victory as a professional<\/strong>, in which since his debut he has yet to lose a fight. His next fight will be on May 29 <\/strong>and he will face Jorge Linares<\/strong>. Haney claims that his fight against Jorge Linares <\/strong>will be the most complicated fight of his career.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Devin Haney\u2019s Best Fights<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. <\/strong>Haney’s professional debut was at El Perro Salado Billiards, Tijuana where he defeated Gonzalo Lopez in the first round by TKO 33 seconds into the fight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. <\/strong>On April 9, 2016, <\/strong>Devin Haney defeated Rafael Vazquez with a TKO at 1:06 of the first round. The fight was held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.<\/strong> Haney’s last KO was on May 25, 2019, when he defeated Antonio Moran at MGM National Harbor at minute 2:32 of round 7. This was the 22nd victory on his record.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.<\/strong> At the Hulu Theater, located in New York City, Devin captured the vacant WBC interim lightweight world title from Zaur Abdullaev after an RTD at the 3-minute mark of the fourth round.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fight will take place in Las Vegas and will be the toughest fight of Haney\u2019s career. The fight will be broadcasted by DAZN at 22:00 E.T.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
