¿Por qué apostar por los Raiders?

The Las Vegas Raiders continue to deliver disappointment after disappointment. With a 2–8 record, they sit at the bottom of the AFC West and are one of the worst teams in the league, along with their upcoming opponent.

They are coming off a 16–33 home loss to the Dallas Cowboys, their fourth straight defeat, and their home record now stands at 1–4. They opened the scoring, but their only touchdown came in the fourth quarter from wide receiver Tre Tucker.

Geno Smith completed 27 of 42 passes for 238 yards, one touchdown, and one interception, raising his total to 13 this season, 50 in his career, and placing him just two away from his worst single-season mark, set last year with the Seattle Seahawks over seven more games.

Smith, at 35, is tied with Tua Tagovailoa for the most interceptions in the NFL and has shown he is not the quarterback capable of leading this team’s resurgence. The Raiders rely heavily on the passing game, as seen in their 42 pass attempts compared to just 12 rushing attempts, four of which came from the veteran quarterback himself.

With only 155 points scored, they are the second-lowest-scoring team in the NFL, ahead of only the Tennessee Titans (143).

Defensively, Devin White recorded 10 combined tackles and now has 97 on the season, ranking fourth in the league and standing out as one of the few bright spots for Las Vegas.

Why Bet on Browns?

But on this side, too, there is very little to highlight. The Cleveland Browns have the same 2–8 record, and this season they are 0–5 on the road, with 13 straight road losses. Their last away win came on September 15, 2024, against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The Browns are coming off a 16–23 loss to the Baltimore Ravens, despite entering the fourth quarter leading 16–10.They failed to score in both the third and fourth quarters, and in the final period, they allowed 13 points and lost.

Dillon Gabriel, who had completed 7 of 10 passes for 68 yards, played only the first half due to injury. Rookie Shedeur Sanders replaced him, making his debut with just four completions on 16 attempts for 47 yards, one interception, and two sacks.

Coach Kevin Stefanski has already announced that Sanders will start against the Raiders, marking his first career start. The quarterback, drafted 144th overall this year, began the season as the team’s fourth-string option behind Kenny Pickett, Joe Flacco, and Gabriel. But due to the departures of the first two and the NFL’s concussion protocol, his time has come—at least for this week.

The team’s only touchdown against the Ravens came via a pick-six from Devin Bush.

And speaking of the defense, Myles Garrett deserves special mention. Despite the team’s dreadful season, the defensive end’s numbers are worthy of Defensive Player of the Year. Garrett recorded five quarterback hits on Lamar Jackson and sacked him four times. He now has 15 sacks on the season, leading the NFL.

Rookie Carson Schwesinger, the Browns’ second pick this year, also stands out. He recorded his second interception of the season and leads the team in combined tackles with 79.

This clearly shows that the major problem is on the offense side, not the defense, and Sanders will try to prove he is the solution, as he stated this week. They are the fourth-lowest-scoring team in the league (162 points).

Análisis final de apuestas: Raiders vs. Browns

It is rare for the Raiders to be the favorites, but this is one of those times. Las Vegas must take advantage of facing a rival that will be using its fourth quarterback and is stuck in the same hole as they are. While Cleveland has one of the best defenses, Geno Smith will have to give everything he has to lead his team to victory.

Los numeros en Gambyl Exchange have the Raiders as the favorite, with their Moneyline at -210, while the Browns are listed at +175.

The last time they faced each other was on September 29, 2024, in the same stadium, and the Raiders won 20–16. Las Vegas has five straight wins in the matchup and hasn’t lost since 2014. The all-time series favors Pete Carroll’s team 16–10.

Go for a win for the Raiders. If you bet $100 at -210, you will gain $48 for a total payout of $148.
