¿Por qué apostar por los Cowboys?

The Dallas Cowboys are looking to change the image they left last year, when they finished with a negative 7-10 record, far from competing in their division.

In their opener, they battled against the reigning champions, the Philadelphia Eagles, and came close to pulling off a surprise before falling 24-20. Brian Schottenheimer’s team struggled in the second half, failing to score a single point.

Quarterback Dak Prescott finished 21 of 34 for 188 yards, and while he didn’t throw a touchdown, he also avoided interceptions and sacks. The two touchdowns came on the ground from Javonte Williams, one of the team’s new additions after four seasons with the Denver Broncos. The 25-year-old running back had 15 carries for 54 yards.

Other standouts included wide receiver CeeDee Lamb, who had seven catches for 110 yards, while middle linebacker Kenneth Murray Jr., who arrived from the Tennessee Titans, recorded nine tackles and five assists.

Why Bet on Giants?

The New York Giants are desperate to clean up the image they left last year. They were the worst team in the entire NFL with a record of three wins and 14 losses, with two of those victories coming on the road.

They are coming off a 21-6 thrashing by the Washington Commanders in a game where they couldn’t score a single touchdown, with their only points coming from two field goals by Graham Cano.

Quarterback Russell Wilson, who arrived from the Pittsburgh Steelers, didn’t have a good afternoon. Although he wasn’t intercepted and was only sacked twice for a loss of 11 yards, he managed just a 46% completion rate. He completed 17 of 37 passes. He also had eight rushing attempts for 44 yards.

On defense, linebacker Bobby Okereke recorded 16 tackles and nine assists, while outside linebacker Brian Burns had two sacks.
