ESL One Estocolmo 2022 – Prévia e Principais Concorrentes

One of the most important moments of the current Dota 2 season is about to begin. After the cancellation of the first major tournament of the year, even due to problems related to Covid-19, Dota 2 fans were left wanting to watch the matches between the best teams in the world. However, the next appointment is just around the corner, since the ESL One Estocolmo 2022 will be held on May 12, 2022, and will distribute $500,000 in prizes, with the participation of Latin American representatives.

Dota 2 is a free strategy video game for PC property of the renowned company Valve. There were originally 18 teams, but teams from China will not be able to participate in the competition, due to the problems of the spread of Covid-19 in their country in recent weeks. Which directly impacted the format of the tournament, arranging the 14 teams into two groups of seven each. Here, the TOP 4 of each group will go to the winner’s bracket in the heats, while the 5th and 6th places will start from the loser’s bracket.

Europa Ocidental: OG, Gaimin Gladiators, Team Liquid e Tundra Esports

OG foi a primeira equipa de todas as regiões do mundo a garantir o seu lugar neste Major, onde tem um excelente registo com apenas 1 derrota, e foi contra Team Secret. OG is an amazing and extremely young team, full of rookies, who have had a stellar role in all the tournaments they have participated in and will be looking to prove that they are at the best level possible in a LAN event.

Gladiadores Gaimin continuam a provar que as respectivas vitórias nos últimos torneios não foram por acaso, dando continuidade à sua incrível ascensão na extremamente competitiva região do UEO. Equipe Líquida conseguiu se recuperar após um péssimo início de 0-2, vencendo os últimos 4 jogos para confirmar sua presença neste Major.

Tundra Esports começou a temporada com um ritmo impressionante, obtendo 3 vitórias nas 3 primeiras partidas, mas depois caiu e teve 3 derrotas consecutivas na série. Então, eles conseguiram acordar para bater Brame, garantindo o último lugar para este ESL One Estocolmo.

Sudeste Asiático: Fnatic, BOOM Esports e T1

Sem dúvida, este é o mais competitivo Dota 2 região do mundo depois da China, e neste momento continua a aquecer. Principalmente graças a Fnatic, T1 e BOOM Esports que mostraram um nível de jogo excepcional. Estas 3 equipes foram três das quatro melhores equipes do último Tour e tentarão reacender suas emocionantes rivalidades.

Fnatic e BOOM foram as duas primeiras equipes a se classificarem para este Major com um recorde idêntico de 6-1. T1, por outro lado, teve mais dificuldade e se classificou com um recorde de 4-3, após vencer Polaris Esports em sua partida de playoff.

Leste Europeu: Equipe BetBoom, Espírito de Equipe e Jogos Mentais

ApostaBoom conseguiu entregar uma surpresa muito agradável a todos Dota 2 fans, quando conseguiram uma vitória excelente e tensa contra o atual Os 10 campeões internacionais, Espírito de Equipe na primeira rodada, dando-lhes o impulso para chegar à final desta eliminatória e conseguir a passagem para este Major.

North America: Evil Geniuses and TSM FTX

As in all North American seasons or qualifiers, we can enjoy a high competitive level from all the organizations that participate in it. This time was no exception, since, after a three-way tie between EG, TSM, and Quincy Crew, they had to play matches to find out which two teams would be part of this Major.

Enquanto costa das feras sofreu e teve que chegar ao desempate contra Hokori, onde conseguiram vencer e conseguir o segundo ingresso para este ESL One Estocolmo.
