A Liga MX continua com as emoções em sua reta final e mais uma vez América e Monterrey aparecem no topo da classificação geral. Os Azulcremas e Rayados estão empatados em pontos e estão muito próximos de se tornarem os primeiros times a garantir passagem direta para as quartas de final do próximo Liguilla.
Por sua vez, Chivas de Guadalajara aproveitou este fim de semana para se aproximar do TOP 4 da classificação, onde poderão entrar na semana seguinte se os resultados voltarem a seu favor.
Cruz Azul, Pumas e Atlas permanecem na parte inferior da tabela. Os atuais bicampeões mexicanos de futebol, Atlas, estão prestes a perder as chances de playoff após mais uma derrota na 14ª rodada.
Ainda liderando a zona dos playoffs estão Tigres UANL e Toluca with 24 and 23 points, respectively. Both were unable to win this weekend and missed the chance to return to the top of the table.

With a great second half, América achieved its ninth consecutive victory in this Apertura 2022 Tournament on Saturday after defeating Necaxa 1-2 at Estádio Vitória.
