The NFL regular season kicks off with the Denver Broncos, a team carrying playoff expectations this campaign, opening at home against a dangerous Tennessee Titans squad looking to bounce back from a dreadful 2024.
The Broncos closed out the preseason with a convincing 28-19 win over the New Orleans Saints, featuring touchdowns from Sam Ehlinger, Bo Nix, and Audric Estime.
Meanwhile, the Titans defeated the Minnesota Vikings 23-12, which could serve as a warning sign that they’ve improved heading into the new season.

Por que apostar nos Broncos?
Last season, the Denver Broncos ended with the disappointment of being eliminated in the AFC Wild Card round by the Buffalo Bills. However, they have retooled to strengthen their roster and aim for a deeper playoff run.
In the preseason, they already showed signs of what can be expected from this franchise, winning all three of their outings. Their victims were the 49ers, Falcons, and Saints.
Against the Saints, they earned a 28-19 win with touchdowns from Sam Ehlinger, Bo Nix, and Audric Estime. As quarterback, Ehlinger recorded 198 yards, completing 22 of 31 passes. Eyioma Uwazurike registered four pass deflections.
However, expectations for this campaign are centered on quarterback Bo Nix, who is set to take on a more prominent role after a rookie season in which he posted a 66.3% completion rate and 29 touchdown passes.
This team boasts an exceptional defensive piece in cornerback Patrick Surtain II, while head coach Sean Payton provides the leadership and structure to make them more competitive.
Payton, already a Super Bowl champion, has proven his ability to rebuild a roster in need of talent. With significant additions made, the goal will not only be to remain consistent but also to defeat teams with winning records.
Why Bet on Titans?
The Titans won only three games in 2024, making them one of the most mediocre teams of the season. They are in urgent need of a change in direction to win back a disappointed fan base.
At least in the preseason, they showed some progress, winning two of three games. Their latest victory came in a 23-12 win over the Minnesota Vikings, a team with playoff aspirations this year.
In that victory, Brandon Allen completed 9 of 15 passes for 137 yards and a touchdown, with no interceptions. Julius Chestnut and Van Jefferson also found the end zone.
Experts rank the Titans among the worst teams entering the season, but there is at least a silver lining: the addition of quarterback Cam Ward in the latest NFL Draft.
Ward, selected with the No. 1 overall pick, is the cornerstone for building a promising future, especially with an eye toward 2026. He is expected to have a rookie season similar to what Jayden Daniels delivered for the Commanders in 2024.
This team has already improved offensively, and head coach Brian Callahan must prove he can properly mold his pieces to deliver a more respectable performance.
