Ace Impact is a French thoroughbred who is undoubtedly the favorite of this year’s Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe. Jean-Claude Rouget is his trainer. Among Ace Impact’s achievements are 5 victories in as many races and being the defending champion of the French Derby.
The equine Hukum is second on the list of possibilities. He is a 6-year-old colt on the verge of becoming a stallion due to a fracture. However, the Owen Burrows-trained thoroughbred was able to bounce back and win at Sandown.
Also worth mentioning is the mare Through Seven Seas. She is not among the five favorites, but she is one of the most extensive projects Japan has undertaken for the Arc de Triomphe Grand Prix.
