Women’s boxing has one of its most anticipated nights in the first quarter of 2024, as current WBO Women’s Welterweight Champion Sandy Ryan takes on Terri Harper.
Ryan is one of the best fighters in the world and is looking to get back to winning ways after a draw in her last fight, which was against Jessica McCaskill.
Harper’s mission will be to snatch the WBO welterweight world title. In other words, by the time the night is over, Harper aims to be the champion of two categories in two different organizations.
Although Ryan was looking to fight at super welterweight, she decided to accept Harper’s conditions to put her belt on the line.
This will be one of the main fights on the card, which features Dalton Smith vs. Jose Zepeda as the main event.

It is clear that Sandy Ryan is one of the best female boxers in the world, so the idea of putting her World Boxing Organization (WBO) welterweight belt on the line did not keep her awake at night.
