Why Bet on Barcelona?

Barcelona has been the leader in the scoreboard for a reason, and a pair of draws in their most recent matches is no reason for anybody to believe that they can’t simply dominate if they force themselves to.

At this point, however, they do not need to work that hard to keep themselves ahead, as their 11 points lead keeps them ahead and safe for now. However, their goals crisis comes at a torrid moment, having to face a side that has always been characterized by being pretty solid at defense.

Why Bet on Atlético Madrid?

Atletico Madrid has carried a significant threat going forward during their recent win streak, but it wouldn’t be a huge surprise if they make this attritional.

They have built up some momentum and they will likely be taking over the 2nd place if things keep their current pace, however, they need to be careful as they face a strong Barcelona in this match. They need to keep their goal at Cero more than ever and try to break Barcelona’s defense that, truth be told, has been excellent in the league.

Final Betting Analysis: Barcelona vs. Atlético Madrid

Xavi’s men come into this on the back of successive 0-0 draws against Girona and Getafe, still looking fairly blunt in attack.

It’s a problem that they’ve suffered from for a prolonged period; but Barca does still hold an incredible defensive record, though, especially at home.

Sunday’s hosts have conceded nine goals in 29 league games this campaign, only two of which have been allowed at Camp Nou, and we expect them to halt any offensive move from Atletico Madrid. However, we don’t believe they have enough attacking power to beat their opponents at this stage. Go for a 0-0 draw.

If you bet $100 at a draw at +244 you could get $244 for a total payout of $344.
