Clausura MX 2024 Matchday 16 Roundup

Last Updated on April 22, 2024 1:21 pm by Erwin Noguera

The Clausura MX 2024 matchday 16 is over, and several top spots have already been defined. However, the leader is still to be known due to Club América’s recent loss.

The Águilas have just lost to Pumas and Toluca destroyed Atlético San Luis as visitors, so both are tied at the top.

Cruz Azul could have added to that tie at the top but were held to a draw at home by Atlas.

Meanwhile, Monterrey went three games without a win after losing to León, who are still dreaming of the Play-In.

However, in the 39th minute, Leonardo Suárez sent in a cross that Ulises Rivas tapped in at the near post to make it 1-1. In the 60th minute, Suárez turned the score around with a left-footed shot that hit the left post.
