A new MLS week begins after a long break of more than a month while the Leagues Cup was played and brings us a match between two of the teams that aspire to play in the postseason when Philadelphia Union hosts Dallas FC.
The Union beat New York City 2-1 in their last league game, with goals from José Martínez and Chris Donovan, and are now in third place in the Eastern Conference.
