NFL in Frankfurt: Colts vs. Patriots Betting Odds

Last Updated on November 10, 2023 6:44 pm by Erwin Noguera

As we get close to the NFL Regular Season final stretch, in the 10th matchday we have to wake up quite early on Sunday for the first match. Like last week, we travel to the beautiful city of Frankfurt.

We’ll see the Indianapolis Colts, who are placed third in the AFC South with 4 wins and 5 losses. However, they are trying to make the most of their last victory to keep their momentum going.

The New England Patriots look nothing like their former self from a few years back. They are running on 2 victories and 7 losses in their campaign, sitting at the bottom of the AFC East.

This match comes to Germany to entertain all NFL fans around the globe, and we can’t wait to see what will be unfolding on the field once the teams clash.

When:

Sunday, November 12th, 7:30 AM ET at Deutsche Bank Park

Why Bet on the Colts?

The Colts hit the road for the second straight week after beating the Panthers 27-13. They’ll face an AFC opponent for the first time in three weeks.

The team is 3-2 straight up and 4-1 against the spread vs. their conference. Also, they are 3-1 both straight up and ATS on the road this year.

They become accustomed to being one of the weakest teams in the NFL in recent years (along with all their división). However, they will want to build up on their recent win against the Panthers, as the poor level of the Titans leaves them in a head-to-head battle with the Texans for second place. That is their best chance of reaching the postseason, as the Jaguars are a level above.

Why Bet on the Patriots?

The Patriots look for only their second win in six home games this Sunday against Indianapolis. They fell in Washington 20-17 after Mac Jones threw a late pick. It was his ninth interception of the year for the much-maligned quarterback, which is tied for most in the league.

New England is 2-7 ATS over its last six games, with the two covers coming against AFC East opponents. Meanwhile, the under’s hit regularly for them this season, going 6-3, although it’s 2-3 at Gillette Stadium.

The team is just a shadow of the great squad led by Tom Brady in the mid-2010’s, which was, maybe, the best version of the franchise in its history. In sports is always hard to replace a figure of such level, especially if he’s considered the GOAT. However, such a fall from grace was unexpected as, since his departure, they have barely done something relevant.

Colts vs. Patriots Final Betting Analysis:

Both teams are having frustrating seasons, as the Pats have been a disaster at 2-7, while Indy suffered an early season-ending injury to Anthony Richardson, forcing them to start Gardner Minshew for the rest of the year.

While New England has been horrific on offense at times, we still have to back them here. The Colts have lost three of their past four games, with the only win in that span coming against the lowly Panthers. Carolina is also the only team not to torch Indy’s depleted secondary, and that’s because they can’t throw the ball against anybody.

We believe the Patriots will win here and entertain the German Crowd as they do so.

Go for a win in the New England Patriots’ Moneyline. If you bet $100 at +105, you will gain $105 for a total payout of $205
