The last week of the National Football League (NFL) Preseason has arrived and with it the last day of preparation for a new campaign that promises high-level action, mainly among the favorites to win the Vince Lombardi Trophy, which currently belongs to the Kansas City Chiefs.
In the fight to be the king of the NFL, the Philadelphia Eagles are ranked high and will have one last chance to prove themselves against the Indianapolis Colts, who are not coming from a great 2022.
Likewise, the Detroit Lions have won one game and lost another in the Preseason, but this season they promise to fight to reach the postseason and for that, they must leave a good image against the Carolina Panthers.
Some experts place the Los Angeles Chargers in the top of the best teams for 2023 and now they will have a challenge against a team that is ready to go for everything, such as the San Francisco 49ers.
Finally, the always-dangerous New England Patriots will close their preparation against a team that is a question mark for the season, the Tennessee Titans.

So far the Philadelphia Eagles are winless in the preseason, but their record of reaching the last Super Bowl makes them a candidate to have a great tournament, keeping them as the best team in the NFC. However, the hopes of what the Eagles can do are in quarterback Jalen Hurts, who has had replacements in the preparation such as Tanner McKee and Marcus Mariota. The former caught 10 passes on 18 attempts and completed 187 yards in the last game against the Cleveland Browns, which went 18-18.
The Colts are coming from 2022 where they were the worst team in carries, that is why they got Anthony Richardson in the Draft at the quarterback position, to improve the numbers of running back Jonathan Taylor. Richardson had seven passes on 12 attempts for 72 yards in a 23-19 loss to the Buffalo Bills.

Carolina has fallen in his two starts so far and has repeated the mediocre numbers they put up in 2022, where they didn’t particularly stand out in any area. The Los Angeles Chargers are no slouches either, as they were in the postseason the last time and Justin Herbert’s work will be key to go as far as possible. In his last season, he gave up a total of 4,739 yards and 68.2% passing efficiency.

The Titans were a poor team last season, despite being the best run-stopping defense in the league. Their weakness in scoring the pass and offense took its toll as they only once scored 27 points. Their record in the Preseason is 1-1 and Nick Mullens reached 151 yards on 13 of 23 passing in the 24-16 win over the Minnesota Vikings.
For their part, the Patriots did not make any big moves in the market, but the fact of having Bill Belichick as a coach is always a guarantee. The great hope is cornerback Christian Gonzalez, who was taken with the 17th pick in the draft.
