Ravens vs. Rams Preview and Free Pick

Last Updated on December 7, 2023 8:06 pm by Erwin Noguera

We go into week 14 of the regular NFL Season and are excited to see all the top teams perform. They are fighting to secure the playoff and wild card spots, with only a few more games for each.

Our current focus is on the AFC North leaders, the Baltimore Ravens, who come with nine wins and three losses in their campaign and will be the hosts.

Their opponents, the Los Angeles Rams, are not having a bad season, but they are at six wins and six losses, stuck in the middle point with many other teams and trying to improve their run before it gets late.

This is a clash between the AFC North leaders and the 2nd place of the NFC West conference, and we are eager for Sunday to arrive to watch it unfold.

When:

Sunday, December 10th at 1:00 PM ET at M&T Bank Stadium

Moneyline odds:

Why Bet on the Ravens?

Tied for the second-best winning percentage in the entire NFL, the Ravens are coming off a bye, theoretically rested and refreshed. And not only do they draw a home game, but they also get an opponent in a rough little blip of its slate.

Why Bet on the Rams?

For the second straight week, the Rams face off against an AFC North team with an outstanding defense. Then again, if things went as they did in Week 13, Sean McVay won’t have any complaints. His team comfortably handled the Cleveland Browns, prevailing 36-19 in a game in which Joe Flacco was pressed into action for the Dawg Pound.

Ravens vs. Rams Final Betting Analysis:

L.A. won’t be drawing another backup QB this week. Instead, they’ll have their hands full, with MVP contender Lamar Jackson orchestrating a balanced Ravens attack.

As mentioned above, the Ravens are coming off their bye week. While it may sound cliche, do not underestimate what a week to recharge can accomplish.

Know this: Harbaugh’s teams are an eye-popping 13-4 against the spread when coming off their bye week, second-best in the NFL over that period.

Three straight victories have gotten the Rams back into the NFC’s playoff picture. But it will be an uphill battle on Sunday to keep that streak alive. It doesn’t feel wise to fade an upper-echelon Ravens team playing at home after a week of rest.

L.A. will keep it competitive, but Baltimore will prevail in this one.

Go for a straight win for the Baltimore Ravens in the Moneyline. If you bet $100 at -400, you will gain $25 for a total payout of $125
