18 of the best female surfers competing for the title The event will have a 10 day window where each morning the <strong>WSL<strong> the commissioner will decide the contest based on the weather conditions This will ensure that surfers compete in the best waves possible The <strong>Rip Curl<strong> <strong>Rottnest Search <strong>will take place on the island of <strong>Rottnest<strong> a
