The group stage in the UEFA Euro qualifiers finished long ago, but now we are going into the playoffs, as some of the teams got a second chance during the Nations League, and they are looking to get back into the mix.
For this clash, we get group B’s Greece, who fell slightly behind France and Netherlands during the group stage but did better than the other two in their bunch.
On the opposing side, we have Kazakhstan, who landed fourth in Group H but did excellent in general, as they landed 18 points, alongside Finland, who also made it to these playoffs, as Denmark and Slovenia scored 22 points to make the clear cut.
Now these two teams face each other, and only one is making it to the next round.

Why Bet on Greece?
Group B was following a script, as everybody expected France and the Netherlands to take the first and second place, with Greece taking the mid-table spot.
Gus Poyet’s men managed to get over double the points that the fourth and fifth-placed nations achieved, while also earning a creditable 2-2 draw against France in their closing battle. It was sadly not enough to earn them a clean entry spot.
With five wins from six games in League C Group 2, the Euro 2004 winners blew the competition out of the water to seal promotion to League B, where Ireland, Finland, and England await for 2024-25. More importantly, thanks to this, they got one of the 12 Euros playoff spots.
Why Bet on Kazakhstan?
Magomed Adiev’s side was one of four teams fighting for the top two places in Euro 2024 qualifiers Group H. They managed to win six of their ten games, landing 18 points, but their total was only good enough to reach fourth place behind Denmark, Slovenia, and fellow playoff contenders Finland.
However, Slovenia was the only nation that Kazakhstan failed to overcome in their six-team section. As Greece, the visitors will also play in League B of the 2024-25 Nations League after topping their third-tier group.
Final Betting Analysis: Greece vs. Kazakhstan
Despite being bereft of any household names, the Kazakhstan team has managed to throw down the gauntlet to many of their continental foes in recent months and will receive a timely boost with the return of leading scorer Zaynutdinov.
Thursday’s game should not be comfortable for Greece, whose defense is unlikely to emerge unscathed, but once the ball gets on the field, we still expect Poyet’s men to march on to next week’s playoff final.
The action should go back and forth between both teams, but in the end, we expect the clash to end with a 2-1 score in favor of Greece.
Go for a victory for the Greece national team at 1.36. If you bet $100 at such odds, you could get $36 for a total payout of $136.
