Introducing Ciryl "Bon" Gane

This Saturday, June 26, French fighter Ciryl Gane will face Alexander Volkov, looking for a title shot. Therefore, before the MMA junket on media day, the Parisian held nothing back, saying this will be a tough fight; in addition, Gane said: “This is a great opportunity because, for me, I think it’s the biggest challenge I have in my career. Volkov, for me, is one of the best in the division. The bigger the challenge, the more excited I am about that; I want to prove it.” All fights will be broadcast for Latin America on ESPN+, while they can also be viewed ONLINE on UFC Fight Pass, depending on your country.

Best fights of Ciryl Gane in the UFC:

1. Jairzinho Rozenstruik: It was an impressive display in the UFC Vegas 20 primary event fight. He dominated his opponent from start to finish, reflected in the three scorecards; the judges saw him win 50-45. During the five rounds, the Frenchman threw the most accurate and powerful punches, while the Surinamese never found the distance to look for any power punches.

2. Roggers Souza: In this duel, he achieved an early victory, since thanks to a TKO, he was able to win his third fight as a professional in Quebec, Canada.

3. Junior dos Santos: A “rabbit punch” secured the Frenchman’s seventh straight win, in a fight where the former heavyweight champion came into UFC 256 with his back against the wall for his bout with French prospect Ciryl Gane. And despite a first round in which he remained very cautious during the exchanges, he ended up falling victim to a TKO from an elbow that connected to the back of his head.

4. Tanner Boser: The Canadian was under fire, eating up punches to the body and head while remaining mobile enough to avoid being nearly stopped. He survived until the final bell, but Gane took home the decision to win.
