The Washington Commanders enter the 2026 season attempting to recover from one of the biggest disappointments of 2025. The matchup becomes even more difficult because Washington’s offensive line is already dealing with the loss of Laremy Tunsil. The Commanders need Jayden Daniels to create explosive plays, but Philadelphia’s defense is built to punish mistakes.
Washington can absolutely cover if Daniels is healthy and plays at his 2024 level, but Philadelphia remains the safer side.
