Matchday 14 of the Clausura MX 2024 left a new blow for Rayados, who this time lost in their visit to Cruz Azul. However, Club América couldn’t take advantage of this slip to become the sole leader, as it drew with Santos Laguna, and Toluca took over the privileged position in the Clausura 2024.
Pachuca showed its power and defeated Tigres 3-0 as a visitor, while Pumas took advantage of Mazatlán to return to winning ways.

After five matches without a victory, Pumas returned to winning ways in the Clausura MX with a 4-0 away win over Mazatlán.
José Maduena opened the account for the Felinos with an own goal in the 2nd minute. Rogelio Funes Mori scored the second at 65′ when he finished off a pass from César Huertas, who scored the third at 86′ after an individual action in the area and a missile that bent the hands of the rival goalkeeper, Hugo González. Leo Suárez closed the score at 90+3′ with a shot from half distance.
Mazatlán sank in the table with only 12 points, while Pumas reached 20 points and entered the playoffs zone.

Pachuca gave a blow on the table in the Clausura MX with a 3-0 away win over Tigres, one of the candidates for the title.
In the 66th minute, Venezuelan Salomón Rondón opened the account with a shot to the far post, while Colombian Nelson Deossa scored the second four minutes later, finishing off a pass from Oussama Idrissi. The score was closed by Jesús Hernández at 85′ with a bicycle kick.
The Tuzos moved up to fifth place with 25 points, while the Regios have 24 and dropped to seventh place, out of direct playoff qualification.
