Why Bet on Manchester City?

Despite some inconsistent moments during the season, Manchester City is the best team in England, and the numbers are there to prove it.

To qualify for the semifinal Pep Guardiola’s team beat Newcastle 2-0 at home, thanks to goals from Portuguese midfielder Bernardo Silva. To reach this stage the club also overcame Luton Town, Tottenham, and Huddersfield. So far, they have scored 14 goals and allowed only two. In other words, this team has practically pulverized its rivals to reach this stage against Chelsea, which has been one of the teams they have not been able to defeat so far this season.

Guardiola will probably not hold anything back for this match because the possibility of winning a title is always attractive to the Spanish coach.

Their best scorer in the FA Cup is, unsurprisingly, Norwegian Erling Haaland, with five goals. Then comes Portugal’s Silva with two. Manchester City has not lost since December 6, when Aston Villa beat them 1-0. In other words, they have been unbeaten for four months.

Although the Citizens are at the top of the Premier League, they will no longer be able to fight for the treble after being eliminated last Wednesday in the Champions League quarterfinals against Real Madrid.

Guardiola has recovered all his players to face this game at Wembley.

Why Bet on Chelsea?

Chelsea’s best chance of the season is in the FA Cup, as in the Premier League, they have not been consistent enough, even to fight for the European competition places. To reach this stage they defeated Leicester 4-2 at Stamford Bridge. The heroes that night were Marc Cucurella, Cole Palmer, Carney Chukwuemeka, and Nordi Madueke.

Special attention should be paid to what Palmer has been able to accomplish this season. He arrived at the last minute from Manchester City and has 20 goals in the league and one in this tournament. The English striker has been the revelation of Mauricio Pochettino’s side so far this season, taking penalties and showing signs of great technical quality.

For Cole, it will be a special afternoon at Wembley, as he could eliminate the team that failed to retain him in the last summer transfer window. The Blues are unbeaten in eight games, their last defeat coming against Liverpool in the Carabao Cup final. They have beaten the likes of Newcastle and Manchester United along the way.

It is a good moment for the team led by Argentine Pochettino, who will be without Reece James, Levi Colwill, Christopher Nkunku, Romeo Lavia, and Raheem Sterling due to injury.

Final Betting Analysis: Manchester City vs. Chelsea

This season, these teams have played twice, but in the Premier League. Both games ended in a draw. Before that, the Citizens had a six-game winning streak.

The numbers at Gambyl Exchange have Manchester City as the favorite. Their Moneyline shows 1.52, Chelsea has 6.47, and the draw is at 4.93.

There is no doubt that there is a great candidate: Manchester City. They are the current Premier League leaders and the reigning FA Cup champions, so they will take the ticket to the final against a Chelsea team that will suffer a lot from their youth. We’ll go for a 2-1.

Go for a win for Manchester City. If you bet $100 at 1.52, you will gain $52 for a total payout of $152.
