Brasileirão Matchday 18 – Roundup

Tomorrow we will see more games for the Brasileirão Série A, but you will get to know today what happened in the Matchday 18 games, who is doing well, and what we can expect for the next round. 

Palmeiras just played yesterday against América-MG and showed everybody that they are finally prioritizing the national league. Gustavo Scarpa, who came from the bench, was the most important player of the match as he scored a beautiful goal to seal the victory for Palmeiras and maintain the lead. 

Flamengo has made one of the best appearances this season against Juventude. The team from Rio applied a 4-0 score playing against the team of the city of Brasília, with a great performance of the striker Pedro, who scored twice in less than 10 minutes. The number of goals could be even larger, but Head Coach Dorival Junior thought it was a good moment to rest some players and rotate the team.
