Palmeiras continues on the winning track to stay at the top of the standings, while Atlético Mineiro and Flamengo also won and remain 3 points off the top. However, everything depends on Palmeiras, as they can win or draw on the last matchday to win the 2023 Brasileirao championship.
It is worth mentioning the terrible level that Botafogo is showing in this last stage of the season since the team has drawn five matches in a row and, at the moment, they are out of the direct Copa Libertadores places. And it is that, let’s remember that ‘O’Fogo’ led the table for much of the season, so this becomes a hard blow for this club.
