Why Bet on VFB Stuttgart?

Stuttgart had been fighting for years to avoid relegation, but this season, the situation is different for Sebastian Hoeness’ club, as they are at the top of the table.

However, on the last matchday, they lost 2-0 away to Heidenheim, who had Tim Kleindienst and Jan Schoppner as their scorers. This was the second defeat in a row for ‘Die Roten,’ as they had also lost 3-2 to Hoffenheim.

Despite this, Stuttgart are third with 21 points, seven points behind leaders Bayer Leverkusen. In terms of scoring, they are the third-best team with 27 goals, while they have conceded 13 times.

But their scoring quota has been dented by the muscle injury to Serhou Guirassy, who has missed the last three games. The 27-year-old Guinean attacker has 14 Bundesliga goals, two more than he did last season, with just eight games played.

Stuttgart are arguably a strong side at their home stadium, having won four of five games they have played. They have scored an impressive 18 goals, more than any other team, and conceded only five times.

In addition to Guirassy, Danish defender Nikolas Nartey has been out with a knee injury since the preseason.

Why Bet on Dortmund?

After a start with unimaginable draws against Heidenheim and Bochum, Borussia Dortmund had been recovering in the Bundesliga, already occupying places to play in the next Champions League.

However, in the biggest match, they showed their worst side again and were beaten 4-0 at home by Bayern Munich, who had a hat-trick from Harry Kane.

Dortmund is fourth with 21 points and a not-so-oiled offense, scoring 20 goals, far from Bayern’s 38 and Leverkusen’s 30, and with a defense that conceded 15 goals to opponents. Not bad numbers, but to compete for the German title, they need improvement.

Creative midfielder Julian Brandt is Borussia’s most dangerous player, with four goals and four assists. He is followed by veteran Marco Reus with three goals.

The worrying thing for Edin Terzic’s team is that their two goalscorers, Niclas Füllkrug and Sebastien Haller, have only scored two goals so far in the league, which is very poor for what is to come.

Injuries have ruled out Emre Can, Julien Duranville, and Mateu Morey.

Final Betting Analysis: VFB Stuttgart vs. Dortmund

A great match on the 11th date of the Bundesliga, to which Dortmund arrived crestfallen by being defeated again in the most important match of German soccer. The victory will go to Stuttgart, who will prove again that they are a great home team.

The numbers at MyBookie.ag have Dortmund as the favorites, as the Moneyline for them shows +155. Meanwhile, VFB Stuttgart have +165, and the draw is at +285.

The last time these clubs met at the home of the ‘Die Roten,’ the final result was 3-3, with Silas scoring a late goal for the home side at 90+7′.
