The Liga MX Clausura 2024 continues its course this weekend with the games of Matchday 7. As we can see, we are very close to reaching the halfway point of the tournament, so every game becomes much more important from now on.
We have a very nice battle at the top of the table between 6 teams, as the difference between Monterrey (1st) and Pachuca (6th) is only 2 points. However, the rest of the table also became a tireless battle between all the teams that wanted to qualify for the next Liguilla.
After a slow start, Guadalajara seems to be reacting, while teams like San Luis, León, and Santos, who were listed as some of the contenders for this Clausura 2024, are playing at a low level and are in the lower-middle zone of the standings.

Why Bet on Atlas?
Atlas has not had a positive start to the tournament, there is no doubt about that. However, this is nothing new for this team. After winning the Apertura 2021, the club’s performance dropped year after year, and they have even been out of the Liguilla on several occasions.
In this Clausura 2024, the Foxes have had an inconsistent performance, but, momentarily, they are in the top ten of the table with a balance of two wins, two draws, and three defeats. The team has struggled to find goals in every game, scoring only 9 so far. Raymundo Fulgencio and Jordy Caicedo have not been up to the task but still have time to improve.
Atlas comes into this round 7 match after losing 0-2 against Mazatlan and drawing 0-0 against Pumas in their last two games.

On the other hand, we have one of the (negative) surprises of this Clausura MX 2024, Club León. After being one of the protagonists of the Apertura 2023, León completely fell apart at the beginning of the tournament, and right now, they are out of the top 12 of the table.
