Without Lionel Messi, Inter Miami is not the same powerful team it was in the first games, and this was demonstrated by the 1-1 draw at home against New York City.

Uruguayan striker Luis Suárez was in charge of opening the account after 14 minutes when he headed the ball to the right post from Julian Gressel’s cross. However, Gerardo ‘Tata’ Martino’s team did not hold on to the scoreboard and were equalized in the 34th minute with a powerful cross-shot inside the area by Costa Rican Alonso Martínez.

Inter now has 11 points, and the New York team has only four. Now there are three matches without defeat for the team from the Big Apple against the Miami club.
